Raised on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, Bruce grew up enjoying the benefits of a resort community and its distinct approaches to life. After obtaining a business degree and then graduate school, Bruce spent 17 years as a youth minister reaching out to and caring for young people.
Now, as a Realtor, he brings these experiences, training, and values to real estate. Blending his knowledge of the revitalizing benefits of a resort community with a strong desire to give personal service, Bruce has his own unique style.
Bruce moved to the Tahoe area in 1984, resided in Squaw Valley for 14 years, and developed a passion for skiing. Now he lives in Tahoe Donner, the premier resort community of the Sierra. He continues to enjoy the recreational activities of Tahoe, both summer and winter, while working full time as a successful real estate agent.

David settled here in the High Sierra in 1984 after a career as an international IBM mainframe computer consultant. Dave Donnelly

Dave moved to Truckee in 2000 to experience living in the mountains. The amount of snow combined with the high number of blue sky days made Truckee an easy choice. The availability of so many outdoor activities in the region quickly made it obvious that this will be home. For fun, Dave is an avid skier, boarder, fisherman, skydiver, speed flyer, paraglider and mountain biker. Dave is a world record holder in large formation head down skydiving and has traveled around the US and the world hosting events. He has also performed flying and skydiving stunts for motion pictures and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild. Ask Dave about his first skydive, it involved a mid air collision between two aircraft at age 17.

Dave joined real estate and the North Woods Group in 2006 after leaving the jet charter industry as a pilot. In real estate, Dave firmly believes that successful outcomes are directly related to good communication, availability, and anticipating issues before they become problems. Dave maintains a small client base, does not limit himself to working “business hours” and treats each client with respect and understanding.

David Wright

David Wright is a native Californian who moved to the Sierra from Santa Cruz. He was a founding member with North Woods Realty, the first office in Tahoe Donner back in '91. Being from the coast, his passions remain surfing, windsurfing, sailing his 34' sloop "SELKIE", Salmon fishing, SCUBA and free diving. A background in marine biology and a SCUBA instructor go with the territory. David served 4 years as a Carpenter's Apprentice, achieving his "Journeyman Card", then his General Contractor's License. As a contractor, he specialized in beachfront homes and Victorian renovations. He built a loyal clientele with his "Quality oriented attention to detail and superior customer service" reputation. That standard remains his banner as a Realtor®. David is an avid backcountry skier, and an "A" team member of Tahoe Nordic Search and Rescue. Spring, summer and fall will find him hiking, mountain biking, golfing, fly fishing, kayaking, windsurfing and getting to his boat when time allows.

Jessica Ferguson

Originally from Alexandria, VA, Jessica first came to the Lake Tahoe area in the Fall of 2002. Initially attracted to the area for its outdoor recreation, she soon fell in love with Truckee and knew that it was where she wanted to be permanently.
In 2003 she began working at Boice Countryside, Realtors, now known as Keller Williams Boice Realty. She began as the marketing coordinator for the brokerage but decided in 2005 that she was ready to move into sales. Soon thereafter, she joined forces with The North Woods Group, comprising of 6 other Realtors®, including a webmaster who works daily to promote Group listings and capture buyer leads.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and playing the guitar. This area offers so many wonderful activities and adventures, that it is no wonder that selling property in this area feels less like work and more like a pleasure!
